THE WORDLESS BOOK - An effective tool for witnessing

Gather all of your supplies. Make sure that all of the pieces of construction paper are of equal size.

Place the construction paper in the following order: Black, Red, White, Green, Gold. Each color represents an important point in telling the plan of salvation. The next few steps will detail each page.

Black or dark - This page represents the sin that is in our hearts. 
Definition of Sin: Anything that we think, say or do that displeases God or all of the bad things that we do. 
Reference: Romans 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God

Red - This page represents Christ shed blood on the cross for our sins. Reference: John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

White - This page represents how Christ cleanses our hearts from the sin that once reigned in our hearts. Reference: 1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Green - This page represents our Christian growth once Christ has saved us from our sins. Reference: I Peter 2:2 As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby;

Gold - This page represents Heaven and what lies ahead for those who have trusted in Christ as their saviour. Reference: Revelation 21:21 And the twelve gates were twelve pearls: every several gate was of one pearl: and the street of the city was pure gold, as it were transparent glass.

Once you have put all of the pages in order, you may want to leave them completely blank (hence the wordless book) or you may want to decorate or write the verses on them. Connect all of the pages so that they turn like a book. The most obvious way is to staple them together, but you can connect them any way that you like.
